The internal size of the cargo box is 1.8m×1.2m. The bottom plate is integrally stamped with checkered steel plate, and multiple transverse reinforcing ribs are welded at the bottom, which is resistant to dent and deformation under load, and is wear-resistant and durable. The periphery of the cargo box adopts a heightened and reinforced tubular guardrail design. The guardrail columns and the side plates are connected by full welding process with strong overall structural rigidity. When loading bulk agricultural products, carton parcels, building material parts and other goods, it can effectively prevent goods from sliding down, and is also convenient for rope cross-strapping, greatly improving the loading safety of loose goods.
Compared with ordinary flat cargo boxes, the high-side structure effectively expands the vertical loading space, can accommodate more light and bulky goods under the same floor area, and has stronger loading flexibility, which can adapt to diversified freight demands such as agricultural material transportation, supermarket replenishment and township express delivery.
Advantage
The main beam of the whole petrol cargo motor trike chassis is welded with 40mm×80mm rectangular steel pipe. The through-type longitudinal beam layout allows the cargo box load to be evenly transmitted to the front and rear axles with reasonable stress distribution. It is not prone to frame deformation, weld cracking and other problems during long-term full-load driving, and the overall body rigidity meets the needs of heavy-duty working conditions.
The rear axle is equipped with Changan small booster 980 type rear axle. The 980mm rear wheel track is the optimal ratio of passability and lateral stability: it can not only flexibly meet and turn around on narrow village roads, but also ensure small body roll angle when turning with full load for more stable driving. The reduction ratio of this rear axle is specially matched for freight transportation with remarkable low-speed torque amplification effect. The power output is strong during heavy-load starting and climbing, without stalling or insufficient power.
The rear suspension adopts a 4+2 leaf spring structure: 4 main leaves bear daily basic load, and 2 auxiliary leaves automatically intervene for support under heavy load. Compared with the traditional 3-leaf spring, the load margin is significantly improved, the body sinkage is small under heavy load, and the driving bump is lower. The front and rear wheels are uniformly equipped with 5.0-12 heavy-duty deep-tread tires with high ply rating and strong puncture resistance. The deep tread design provides sufficient grip on muddy and gravel roads, is not easy to slip and get stuck, and adapts to driving on various unpaved roads.
