Freight tricycles are common short-distance transportation equipment in construction, environmental protection, road and bridge engineering. Their core function is to achieve efficient material transfer through a flexible chassis design and a power system adaptable to different scenarios.
Freight tricycles mainly consist of a frame, power system, transmission device, steering system, and cargo platform. Power sources include fuel, gasoline, and electric drive, with a voltage range covering 220V/380V and a rated power of 4-7.5kW to meet various load requirements. They have an LP50 protection rating, a Class B insulation rating, and are equipped with a phase loss/leakage protection device to reduce the risk of electrical failures. In terms of chassis design, solid tires, an anti-slip differential, and a three-door push-operated structure improve the stability and loading/unloading efficiency on slopes or complex terrain.
