Recently, Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., located in Luohuang Industrial Park, Jiangjin, Chongqing, has officially launched the BEYEE brand XG-TAIZI (Starlight Prince) 150cc Heavy Duty Cargo Three Wheeler. As an entry-level new model developed by the enterprise for civilian short-haul cargo transportation scenarios, this vehicle leverages the supporting advantages of Chongqing's local motorcycle industrial chain. Featuring practical power calibration, a highly reliable chassis design and cost-effective container loading efficiency for export as its core selling points, it is primarily targeted at bulk procurement markets overseas including Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.

As a national Class I enterprise listed in the motorcycle announcement catalogue, Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Industry specializes in the R&D, production and sales of three-wheeled motorcycles, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 complete vehicles. Its cargo three-wheeled motorcycles have entered multiple overseas markets for their reliability, durability and low maintenance costs. The newly launched Starlight Cruiser model is a differentiated vehicle developed by the enterprise for the entry-level cargo transport market. Retaining the brand's proven power system, it adopts a cruiser-style front design to stand out visually, further diversifying the export product portfolio.

In terms of power configuration, the Xingguang Taizi model is equipped with a single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled engine, with a rated displacement of 150cc, a bore and stroke of 62×49.5mm, and a compression ratio of 9.2:1. Its power tuning is oriented toward low-torque output, suited for typical application scenarios such as starting under load and travelling on rural slopes. The vehicle adopts a CDI ignition system and comes standard with dual starting modes: electric start and kick start, which can avoid starting failures caused by low temperatures or a depleted battery. For the transmission system, three optional gear setups are available: rotary 5-speed, standard 5-speed, and non-rotary 5-speed, to accommodate driving habits in different regional markets. According to official rated specifications, the vehicle can deliver a maximum power output of 8.2kW at 8000r/min and a maximum torque of 10N·m at 7500r/min, meeting the power requirements for daily light and medium-load cargo transport.

In terms of the load-bearing chassis, this vehicle inherits the durability design philosophy of cargo models. It adopts a 40×60mm square tube keel frame, paired with a φ180 tapered drum 4-hole semi-floating rear axle and 5-piece single-layer leaf springs, balancing load strength and road cushioning performance. The running system is equipped with φ37 cruiser-style front shock absorbers, which improve riding comfort compared with conventional underbone models. Both front and rear wheels use 4.50-12 inner and outer tires, a universal size for the global three-wheeler market. This facilitates spare parts procurement and maintenance for overseas end users and effectively reduces long-term operating costs.

The cargo box and detailed design are also centered on practicality. The cargo box measures 1.5m×1.1m, a standard small-size specification. Featuring good body agility, the vehicle can navigate narrow passages such as alleyways and rural roads, suiting diverse scenarios including scattered urban-rural delivery and private use by individual businesses. The bottom of the cargo box adopts an integrated built-in steel plate structure to enhance deformation resistance and durability, catering to the transport of bulk heavy goods. The electrical system is fitted with a 12V 9Ah storage battery to meet basic power demands for electric start, lighting and horns. Its simple and stable configuration aligns with the cost control and reliability positioning of entry-level models.

For foreign trade and export scenarios, packaging and space utilization of this model have been optimized. A single 40-foot high cube container (40HQ) can hold up to 50 units, delivering a remarkable advantage in lowering per-unit ocean freight and boosting price competitiveness for bulk orders. Supported by a generalized powertrain and chassis spare parts system, the model can quickly accommodate after-sales and maintenance requirements in overseas markets, matching the bulk export-focused business positioning of Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Industry.

It is understood that with the launch of the Xingguang Cruiser 150cc model, the Dayang cargo three-wheeler product line of Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Industry has covered segmented markets with various displacements and cargo box sizes. The enterprise states that it will continue to leverage the strengths of Chongqing's motorcycle industrial cluster to iterate products for overseas market demands and strengthen R&D and export deployment of cost-effective cargo three-wheelers.
