(1) Before riding, check that the battery box is securely locked and that all lights on the display panel are functioning correctly.
(2) When riding on flooded roads in rainy weather, ensure the water depth does not exceed the center of the electric wheel. If the water depth exceeds the center of the electric wheel, water may seep into the wheel, causing malfunction.
(3) Avoid placing the bicycle in humid, high-temperature, or corrosive environments to prevent chemical corrosion of the electroplated paint on the metal parts.
(4) Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain to prevent damage to the components inside the controller, leading to malfunctions and accidents.
(5) The electrical control system is complex; users should not disassemble or repair it without authorization. If the local charging voltage is unstable, the charger fuse may blow; it is recommended to use an AC voltage regulator.
(6) It is normal for the electric bicycle to feel heavier when reversing and for there to be a slight friction sound from the wheel hub when pushing forward.
(7) Do not overload the bicycle; do not place excessively heavy items or carry passengers to avoid damaging the battery and motor.
(8) Lubrication is an important part of bicycle maintenance. Depending on usage, the front axle, rear axle, bottom bracket, freewheel, front fork, and shock absorber pivot points should be cleaned and lubricated every six months to one year (molybdenum disulfide grease is recommended). The transmission components inside the electric hub are already coated with special lubricant, so users do not need to clean and lubricate them themselves. If any abnormalities are found, please take the bicycle to an authorized service center for maintenance and repair.
