The chassis and load-bearing structure forms the core support for the vehicle's durability. The 250cc cargo box tricycle adopts a main frame welded with 40×80 rectangular steel tubes, dispersing load stress through multiple transverse reinforcing beams, with structural rigidity fully covering daily heavy-load usage requirements. The entire frame undergoes three anti-corrosion processes: pickling & phosphating, electrophoretic primer and high-temperature top coat, with strong paint adhesion that resists rain erosion, sand abrasion and daily scratches. It is not prone to rust perforation and structural deformation even after year-round outdoor use. The rear axle adopts a full-floating structure design, where the half shafts only transmit torque and do not directly bear the vertical load of the vehicle body. Compared with the common semi-floating rear axles in the same price range, the failure risk of half shaft bending and fracture under heavy load conditions is greatly reduced, and the overall service life of the rear axle is longer. The rear suspension is matched with a 5+2 leaf spring set, with each leaf spring reinforced and shaped to provide solid support without sagging under full load, and effectively buffer vibration on potholed roads, achieving a practical balance between load capacity and driving smoothness. The curb weight of the whole vehicle reaches more than 500kg, with a rated load capacity of no less than 400kg, which can easily carry conventional goods such as building materials, bagged agricultural materials and boxed general merchandise.
