The enclosed cab goods carrier tricycle's powertrain and chassis are engineered for heavy-duty reliability. The power unit offers three options: 200cc, 250cc and 300cc water-cooled engines, with the 250cc version as standard. The torque curve is specially calibrated for cargo tricycle applications, with abundant torque reserve at low and medium speeds. Paired with an auxiliary low gear, it handles 15°-20° slopes steadily at full load and performs reliably in hilly terrain. The chassis frame is made of 50×100 rectangular steel tubes, designed with automotive-grade structural logic and reinforced by multiple structural patents for enhanced torsion resistance, preventing frame deformation and weld cracking under long-term full-load operation. The front suspension adopts double hydraulic spring shock absorbers to absorb impact from rough roads; the rear suspension uses a 5+2 leaf spring structure with ample load redundancy, keeping the body stable at a rated payload of over 400kg. Both front and rear wheels run on 5.00-12 heavy-duty off-road tires with thickened carcass and deep treads, offering excellent puncture and wear resistance for unpaved rural roads. The rear axle is equipped with a φ220 integral booster drum brake matched with a hydraulic rear braking system, delivering linear braking output and sufficient torque on heavy downhill runs. With better thermal decay control than ordinary drum brakes, it ensures higher safety on long downhill sections.
