For bulk goods such as gravel, muck, grain and fruits and vegetables, the loading and unloading efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with ordinary side-rail models, greatly reducing labor intensity and labor costs in the loading and unloading link. The cargo box adopts a heightened side-rail structure design. The bottom plate is integrally pressed from thickened patterned steel plate, and the anti-slip texture on the surface prevents cargo shifting during driving. Reinforced by welded vertical and horizontal stiffeners around, it delivers a rated load capacity of 1000-1200kg, higher than conventional cargo 250cc petrol freight tricycle. The heightened side rails effectively prevent materials from spilling due to bumps during transportation, improving transportation integrity and safety. High-frequency stress parts such as cargo box hinges and lifting supports are made of thickened manganese steel with strengthened wear-resistant treatment, resisting deformation and cracking during frequent lifting and unloading, and ensuring longer service life. The whole vehicle frame is welded from high-rigidity thickened rectangular steel pipes. Double-layer reinforcing lining plates are added at key stress positions such as cargo stringers, rear axle suspension points and hydraulic cylinder supports. With a curb weight of ≥800kg and sufficient structural redundancy, it can withstand impact loads under heavy-load dumping conditions, and resists frame deformation and weld cracking during long-term high-intensity operations.
