Petrol Goods Carrier Tricycle

The frame and cargo bed are the core strengths of petrol goods carrier tricycle. The whole frame is integrally welded with thick rectangular carbon steel tubes. Double reinforcement is applied to key stress points, giving great resistance to twisting and deformation, so the frame will not crack or bend after long-time heavy loading. The open cargo bed adopts high guard rail design with thickened steel plates. Hollow reinforced rail structure reduces overall vehicle weight while maintaining structural strength. An enclosed toolbox is integrated on the side of the cargo bed to store maintenance tools, spare parts and documents. The embossed anti-slip bed plate prevents crops, gravel and daily goods from sliding during transit.

The chassis and shock absorption system are optimized for harsh road conditions. The front wheel is fitted with deep-tread off-road tires with thick carcass for strong grip and anti-skid performance on muddy ground. Dual heavy-duty rear tires work together with a reinforced integral rear axle to maintain vehicle stability under heavy payloads. The front suspension uses thick hydraulic spring shock absorbers to absorb impacts and vibrations from potholes. When fully loaded on rough country roads, it reduces body shake, protects the driver and prevents cargo damage. The three-wheel structure forms a stable triangular support with low center of gravity, lowering rollover risk while turning or parking on slopes. It can make tight turns easily on narrow country lanes.
