The cargo motor tricycle for delivery is built on a 50×100mm thick-walled rectangular steel chassis frame, with reinforced cross-members at the engine mount, hydraulic cylinder base and rear axle housing. This rigid frame structure provides exceptional torsional strength, resisting bending and twisting under maximum payload and rough road conditions.

The front suspension uses dual-tube hydraulic shock absorbers paired with variable-pitch coil springs, as shown in the close-up view. The variable spring pitch adjusts damping force according to compression travel, effectively absorbing high-frequency small bumps and large impacts from potholes, while maintaining steering stability during cornering and braking.

At the rear, the suspension features a 5+3 leaf spring pack - five main load-bearing leaves plus three auxiliary overload leaves - engineered for variable load conditions. The auxiliary springs engage automatically as payload increases, maintaining proper ride height and damping performance from empty to fully loaded. The rear axle is a full-floating heavy-duty 220mm double-wheel oil-immersed drum brake axle. The full-floating design carries vehicle weight entirely on the axle housing, with the axle shaft only transmitting torque, greatly improving load capacity and impact resistance. The oil-immersed drum brakes deliver strong, fade-resistant braking force even under continuous heavy-duty use, ensuring reliable stopping power on downhill grades with full loads.

The vehicle runs on 5.0-12 specification heavy-duty tires on both front and rear axles, with deep aggressive tread patterns for strong grip on loose dirt, gravel and muddy construction sites. The five-wheel layout - one front wheel and dual rear wheels on each side - creates a wider contact patch, improving load distribution and traction under heavy loads.
