The goods transport cargo three wheeler features an open motorcycle handlebar control structure, equipped with left and right rearview mirrors, a single seat, foot pedals, side panels, and an instrument panel. This seemingly simple structure is well-suited for short-distance, high-frequency, low-speed freight transport. We chose handlebar control over a steering wheel cab structure because these freight tricycles are frequently used for deliveries on narrow rural roads, in farmers' markets, warehouses, factories, and alleyways. Drivers need to frequently make U-turns, pull over, navigate at low speeds, load and unload cargo. The handlebar structure provides more direct steering, a lighter front structure, and easier maintenance. For freight tricycles, seat material selection should not solely focus on softness but should prioritize wear resistance, slip resistance, water resistance, ease of cleaning, and anti-aging properties. The seat cover can be made of PVC or PU artificial leather, depending on the specific configuration. PVC generally offers better water and wear resistance and is more cost-effective. PU provides a better feel.
