Load-bearing structure and safety design of freight tricycles

The climbing performance of a freight tricycle primarily depends on the motor's power and torque output. Taking a model with a rated power of 36W and an engine power of 36KW as an example, its motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through gear transmission, driving the rear wheels.

The dual parameters of a rated passenger capacity (including driver) of 300kg and a rated load capacity of 300kg clearly define the vehicle's total load limit. The thickened cargo box uses high-strength steel or composite materials, increasing the thickness of the plates to enhance resistance to deformation. The front and rear shock absorption systems, through a combination of springs and hydraulic damping, disperse the impact force on the frame under heavy loads. The optimized tread width and tread depth of the pneumatic tires increase friction with the ground, preventing slippage under heavy loads. The dual braking design, with both handbrake and rear foot brake operation, ensures rapid stopping in emergencies through mechanical linkage.
