Semi-Cabin Electric Tricycle

Our 3 Wheel Taxi semi-Cabin electric tricycles are equipped with brushless DC motors. Brushless motors eliminate the mechanical commutation structure, which reduces operating noise, minimizes maintenance, and lowers repair costs. They are suitable for short-distance, high-frequency start-stop transportation. We have a particularly interesting design: when the vehicle starts, our electronic control system gradually releases current based on the throttle signal, resulting in smoother power output and preventing overshoot when starting unloaded or sluggishness when starting fully loaded. We configure either lead-acid or lithium batteries according to specific usage scenarios and needs. Lead-acid batteries have lower procurement costs and are easier to maintain, making them suitable for price-sensitive markets. Lithium batteries are lighter, making them suitable for customers with higher requirements for range, vehicle lightweighting, and export transportation. Batteries are typically located under the seat, in the middle of the chassis, or under the cargo box, which helps to concentrate the vehicle's center of gravity and reduce rear-end swaying and cornering.
